Hello,
I have a question that is essentially how best do I join a washer waste onto an existing horizontal waste? I have attached a drawing which hopefully shows better than I can explain!?
The location is a garage where the washer and tumble dryer will be relocated to. The existing horizontal pipe comes from the bathroom and goes to what was the outside grate (on the left). My thinking is that the piece indicated by the * needs to force the waste water to flow towards the left and hence a normal tee can't be used. Thus does it need to be a swept tee or a 45 degree tee and another 45 degree bend? For example: Floplast tee-5 or Floplast branch-1 (from the website).
Many thanks in advance.
Regards,
Ian
