Price up one flat and job sorted. Did one last year, big house into 4 flats. Just concentrated on one flat multiplied by 4 and then added on the individual works.

Yer thats what i was thinkin ! Need to get the paper and pen out !

also make sure you discus the payment breakdown stages up front, best to know where you stand from the start so you dont have problems with waiting for money or arguments. nothing worse than a soured relationship near the start of a job you will be on for a while.

Sounds like a nightmare evening to me lol.

Personally, if it was me, it would be an estimate, not a solid quote.

Yer i know the man and its pretty solid that ill get it so gotta quote/estimate correctly ! But we shall see what goes on ! Need to see the plans etc and gotta put t

Don't forget to tell him services are his problem, 5 gas services, meters ain't cheap etc

Yer ive mentioned that ! He asked if i can sort it though ? I told him possibly and at a price he was fine with that !

As said, do an estimate - Can see you needing to adjust it slightly.

Well done for getting a job like that though mate!

Charge for all your time, as you will need to go through credit checks to get meters, so you will need ALL his details too

just in middle of pricing biggish job for school looking around £20,000 for labour and materials 2 water heaters , shed load of pipework and nice gas run .Fudge the price up on this and its costly error

Just finishing a large quote for sports club, sectional grp header tank, booster set, new water heater and storeage cylinder, loads of pipework, couple of large TMV and a dozen regular sized, around £25k of kit. Getting them to pay for materials direct and open a account at merchants for the duration for additional fittings and miscellany. Then labour only invoice from myself.

Yer cheers pal ! I do nandos and that type mainly so used to big figures just do t want to mess up because its domestic ! Thats for your help lads

Its one of the who you know type of situations ! Will be good gonna put me plus 3 lads on it get it done in good time and make good money !
