OK guys, here's the thing.
I put a new set of taps on my bathroom sink a few weeks ago and all was well and they do look nice. Yesterday SWMBO complained that the hot tap was moving and indeed it was even though the nut underneath is nice and tight.
What I think has happened is that, when she is cleaning she squirts the Cif onto the sink near the tap like she is trying to put out a fire and it has got under the tap and washer making it greasy so now the tap turns.
Is there a way to stop the tap moving? Apart from banning the missus from cleaning the sink - that is never going to happen other wise I would have to do it .
Any advice greatly headed
