Hi

Got a Hudson Reed 3/4" dual control thermostatic shower valve that started dripping from the control on the main body of the shower. I have replaced all the seals which were sent by the manufacturer but it still drips. Also there is now only a few drips of water come out the shower head when turned on. I have run it through the pump where the flow is fine and also without the shower valve on (water comes through the body) but when it is reassembled water does not flow to the shower head. I know it isn't blocked because when connecting back up and turning the water on it does initially come through the shower head but seems to slow to a drip once it has pressurised or something?

Does anyone have ideas what to try? :banghead:

Cheers
Ray

No ideas anyone?

I'm drawing a complete blank.....

Thinking of replacing it but still have the problem with the hot water not making its way to the shower. Could this be an airlock as it runs through the pump fine but I didnt want to turn the pump on until I knew water was at the shower. Maybe there is not enough pressure to get it there??
And could the shower not be working as there is only cold getting to it and not hot? Would this stop the hot from coming out of the shower head?
