As we give up our free time and BJ is back asking questions I thought that some might like to know that back in Novemebr 2016 he was in a rented flat as a vulnerable adult with a skin rash and a LL who didn`t care two hoots.

Yep, far too many questions and would hate to see people invest too much of their time. There is another who started off by saying he was redoing his house but I suspect he is doing many houses by the variations in the questions and really hasn`t got a clue. Problem with him is that he might be installing boilers.
