Ideal boilers reward scheme

Has anyone actually been able to join their so called rewards scheme? When Dan Merkle their rep did a demo on the Logics last year he stated we would be "invited" to join the scheme when we registered their boilers. So far i have not received anything from them inspite of installing at least 6 Logic + boilers.
I have emailed Dan and even spoke to customer services and been promised an information pack, but nothing has ever arrived. I cant find any info on their website either. Thanks for any info.

We had our local Ideal rep in 2 weeks ago, he said Ideal would give us £26.40 per Logic+ boiler and £10 per Stelrad rad that we fitted,

He was vague about claiming the ££ too!

ive just been on one of there courses over at hull today and heard this from the bloke at the side of me he recons hes doing well out of it so ive just sent an email to my rep , chris. so will see how i get on. seems good to me

I'm still waiting for Ideal to contact me.No wonder they get bad press if they cant even be bothered to look after us installers. Unlike Baxi who have a great rewards scheme and regular communication with installers.
