need to do a good power flush on system and fit a ch filter , if they dont want it then list on benchmark customer refuse to have one or anything similar
 
replaced same boiler few months back. follow pipes from cylinder for your hw/cold run and use your boiler flow/return for your heating run. mark your pipes before you cut them :D and its gonna be some scrap as well after you remove all that excess pipework in the cupboard.
