Anyone had any experience of this fault ?......it's a new one on me and it's not listed in the manual :( Thought i'd ask here first before sitting on hold for 10 minutes trying Ideal Tech !!

A re-set won't clear it but a re-boot of the power supply does for 20 minutes until it re-occurs :(

Yep i think it stops at h4, btw their tec are great and at least they dont sting you on a 0870 number

had similar a long time back and I think it was h6 and ended up pcb/controls pcb swap to cure fm memory, so worth the wait on the phone to be honest.

being that its saturday now, youve got an even longer wait

PCB again !! Oh they will be overjoyed as it had a new one approx 18mnths ago :(

......and I fitted it so be rather embarrassing for me !! What a crock of those things are !! :(

Spoke to Ideal tech and apparently it's Hb not H6 and it relates to a fault with the reset button.......broken or stuck in, something like that so going to try a new control panel :)
