Hi all,

Have the above boiletherenoticed today that I am barely get warm water. When tap is first opened it is hot but after a few seconds it becomes barely warm and sometimes cold. Have reset using reset button but still cold, also noticed that pressure gauge is fluctuating badly when tap is on. Tried opening tap just a little to see if f I get constant hot water but still same problem.

Heating is fine, no problems there at all.

Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately you are going to have to call a gas safe engineer, that's the best advice we can can give

That sounds fair enough and have no problem doing that but any ideas what it could be though?

Yep. Something a gsr needs to fix.
