Went to repair a leak on this horrible little boiler yesterday appeared to be coming from either the seals between the plate exchange or the o ring where the the dhw connects to the diverter manifold. Changed both and all was good but got a text last night saying its started again:furious3::furious3::furious3:

there was tons of scale from where's it's been leaking for a fair time. very frustrating indeed

any other ideas???? The boiler is not worth spending any real money on as its 12+ years old.
Dont think lsx is a acceptable repair lol

Just done one of these yesterday, same symptoms. You'll find the hydraulic block split, it's an easy job to swap over, the hardest hit is freeing up the hot and heating pipe captive nuts.... No problem with a little heat though. Part number is 171025 and it comes with all replacement seals and screws too.

I got one of them is that what they call the diverter manifold??? I found the clip that holds the dhw out in to the block a bit of a pig. Not a nice boiler at all.
The most frustrating this is it was fine when I left and all day apparently wernt till the evening. Vicious little thing
