Hi i have a Ideal Isar HE24 boiler and am having trouble getting hot water out of it. I can get warm water but it wont get hot enough, the boiler shows its usual "D" symbol and light when I put my hot water on but after a approx. 40 seconds the light turns off and the water gets cooler.

Please can anyone offer me some advice into what could be causing it.

Thank you
Niall Doyle

PS. The central heating is working fine and the pressure gauge is at just under 1 if thats important

Sorry , but no advice given on here for your problem, as its a gas safe engineer fix. It should be a simple fix to a knowledgable engineer.

post your address in "looking for an engineer" we don't bite!
