hi there, I had a friend call me to check a boiler he was trying to repair, I work mostly on installs. It was an ideal logic +24, when I got there it made a rumbling noise after firing, which I thought it could be condensate blocked. Cleared the trap, fired boiler up and it was working perfect until I put cover back on then it played up again, I then checked the flue, vertical we'll within permitted distance and no sign of leakage, never had my fga in the car with me so possibly go back tomorrow to do checks. On a older boiler I would clear put this down to venturi, was just wondering if anyone has had similar problems or any ideas ?

many thanks
