Ideal Logic 30+ "ignition lockout" ??

Hello, had this bolier for a month now. LAst friday we had the above error message (and no heating) so reset the boiler - all was fine.

But it happened again today. Thats twice in 5 days. Doies anyone know what could be causing it?

Also everynow and then, when the boiler starts up ,the whole thing "pops" quite violently. Again any ideas please? Thanks

Contact the instaler or preferabley the manufacturer as its under guarentee

I wonder if the gas supply pipe is large enough.it needs to be at least 22 mm all the way from the meter to the appliance. Get the installer back to check ,if there is a fault with the boiler he should contact the manufacturers to get it sorted.

check your condensate outlet is clear. failing that it could be an electrode problem in which case call on your warranty
