Ideal Mexico super boiler not working

Hi my boiler has stopped working , I have set the water to come on and the pump starts to work but the boiler does not fire up , I have checked that there is a power supply to the gas valve
I am assuming that the gas valve has failed

Maybe the pilot needs relighting.... That's something the homeowner could do

The pilot light is lit

Then its a fault that requires a gas safe engineer.
