Ideal mini C28 No DHW

Help wanted for ideal mini C24 combi
heating fine no problems
demand for hot water the following happens:
DHW flow switch activates pin operates micro switch ok
the boiler flow switch (sometimes called the ch switch) is not operating
the pin does not operate the mico switch, when the mico switch operates with the use of screwdriver boiler fires up correctly
the pin only moves a small distance so i changed the diaphram still no joy
stripped down diverter valve and cleaned no joy
padded out the micro switch so the boiler worked for a few weeks
diverter motor is work ok pin is moving in and out
the system has been power flushed and when the flush pump was connected the boiler flow switch worked fine
i have also cleaned out the plate to plate heat exchanger
do you think the boiler pump is weak, but it does heat the radiators ok
any advice before i buy a new pump

not worked on these but if divertor not moving enough to make swith id say new divertor but sounds like youve ruled that out
