ideal mini s24 pcb problem

Hi there I'm a gas engineer and I'm having problems wit an ideal mini s 24 pcb the fault code is pointing toward a faulty flow switch which is fine and wiring is ok it's not getting any power from the board could any1 tell me are these powered by ac or dc current. I changed the board and new 1 has the same fault....
