ideal rs 250 boiler problem

hi ive got a property thats got a ideal rs 250 system boiler in been working ok for years tennants moved out and turnrd boiler off after a couple of weeks ive tried to relight it and it wont work , theres gas going to valve when you put plunger in and wait for 3 mins as it says theres no gas going to pilot , will a valve be stuck and can this be lubricated or is it a new valve thanks in advance for any replies

Best idea is get a GSR in and let him decide what it needs as its not a DIY job

I wouldn't rent back out until you get your gas engineer to sort it out! I'm assuming you have a current safety certificate and a prefered engineer you use to carry out work for you?
