Hi guys.

Started fitting my first Vogue on Friday, need to go back Monday to finish off.

The installation is in a garage so needs a pipe and frost thermostat.

On the Vogue there is a dedicated section for a frost stat with two terminals, any one know how this goes?

I'm pretty sure it'll have an in-built frost stat.

EDIT: Or does it? What piece of carp boiler these days doesn't have built-in frost protection???

Yeah I'm sure it does but because it's in a garage, it needs an external one too.

Lovely install! I too have OCD when it comes to pipe clips!

Pretty sure its open contact above set temp closed contact below set temp.

ps i would have bent the 15mm and not the 22mm cause its easier lol

Thanks guys, converting it over from a primatic system, I bet it needs a good flush.

On the boiler there are two terminals for the Frost stat, I'm guessing I can't connect 240v to it.

cant do the 240just run 3 core from the boiler to the frost stat

one of the best things i was told about pipework is keep it uniform pulled bends and elbows mixed on the same area would look gash imho
plus you would get the odd customer would want one or the other changing after it was in due to their ocd or something

when in an unheated space when you need to get 25mm or 19mm lagging on i would avoid machine bends as its easier to fit lagging/mitre with fittings.
