Identification of nameless shower valve cartridge

Can anyone identify the brand of the shower valve cartridge shown in the attached photos? It was probably installed in 2005 or 2006.

Go to Shower Spares & Parts | Shower Doctor you can send them photos and they will try and identify the shower. Use them a couple of times with positive results.
