Identification of this cylinder

Hi can anyone tell me what cylinder this is? There are no manufacturers labels on it and it comprises a hot water cylinder and above it, all brazed together, is semi circular cold water cistern and small F & E.

Combination cylinder by the sound of or, but they are usually directly on top of each other
