Identify this shower

Hello fellas.

Do any of you recognise this shower?

Its not the best picture but its all I have to go on at the moment.

The woman who sent me it said she is no longer getting any hot water out of it.

She live a bit far for me to just pop round so thought id see if i can get any info on it.

could be a grohe but very difficult to tell they all look alike

Is that a blue badge on the bottom of the riser pole? That may help??
