Identifying shower to get replacement thermostatic valve

In our new house we have a thermostatic shower that the temperature control was not working properly. We could not adjust the temperate to above lukewarm. A plumber has investigated and indicated that the thermostatic value needs replacing, but cannot identify the shower (no make or model shown).

Does anyone recognise from the photos, and recommend a supplier for a replacement thermostatic valve.
Happy to purchase from supplier identifying the model.

Sorry but I can't seem to access your pictures. Your best bet is to send them to showerdoc who may be able to identify the valve and supply a new cartridge.
