I need to replace my boiler. It is an old non-condensing open vent system with seperate feed and returns for the water and heating coming
from the boiler.
I'd like it to be replaced with either a combi or conventional boiler with pumped S-plan layout. I'll need a new gas pipe installed (the boiler is quite near to the gas meter)
Ideally I'd like to do some of the work (making holes in the wall, removing scrap etc) to keep the costs down, but if that isn't a goer I'll have to bite the bullet and pay for the full job.
My current boiler is broken so I'd like the job done fairly soon, before we need to use the heating (I've been using the immersion for hot water)
