Hi Everyone. I came home tonight to find a leak coming through the bathroom ceiling. Source is this nipple on the cold water inlet of the immersion tank. It’s corroded to f*** but any ideas what would cause this suddenly?

Weird thing is that the cold water inlet pipe was HOT.

Looks like unvented. Might have secondary return into cold feed.

yeah it is unvented. Decided just to turn it off and get the experts in. Definitely something going on
