Immersion heater timer

Hi all, I have the following timer running an immersion heater but I don't think that it's been setup correctly. Could any one please take a look and tell me where you setup the current time of day e.g. midnight at the top etc

I would hazard a guess Steve it may be missing an outer cover what may have had a mark on it .
if you just take it as a 24 hour clock could you just put your own mark on it for 12 o'clock ???

At the moment it's telling you it's 0930.

Thanks for the replies guy's. I can see from the picture online townfanjon that there should be a clear plastic cover which is missing. Croppie I have just realigned the time to the correct time so hopefully all should be well now.
