Hi,
i have decided to replace my current hot cylinder which i believe is compromised.Current spec. is as titled.I have just received a RM cylinder which is labelled 'All coils must be fully pumped'.RM technical dept say this is definately unsuitable & will result in air locks because the 22mm coils are wound tighter than a tank designed for gravity. He suggested that special order was required to satisfy my current 'set up'.
The supplier of the tank suggests that this is merely the wrong unit & will replace it with the correct one.I have outlined my conversation with RM Technical & the supplier is currently making further investigations.
My problem is that i am aware that other people have experienced this without receiving a definitive answer & am not therefore confident in how to proceed.Would welcome some help.
Regards,
Ron
