if it says in th mi's it should be 0.0004 then your reading is too high. Are your gas pressures and flueing ok?

Are you sure you're reading it correctly? You may have got the decimal point in the wrong place.

Where are you getting the 0.004 from?

The reading should be around 0.0015 on max and about twice that on min. Check the book. I can't remember.
Check your pressures and make sure it is set to high fire and also check it at min.

Btw this is a band B and you shouldn't really be fitting it.

As per tamz previous post. Firstly, is the Compact HE not a 'Band B' bellow 90% efficiency? How can you be fitting that?

Secondly, looking at your ratio figures.
Where are you getting 0.004 from exactly? The MI's I looked at state a max ratio of 0.001, so your 0.0011 is more or less spot on.

no its a grade A boiler. i did the settings on high and low flame, then did the combuston test after.it says in the m,i that if the boiler should b running at a ratio of 0.004/1 or below is ok, anything over 0.008 is a,r? the comustion test i got 0.0011. is this ok, please help?

The MI's usually state the max the ratio can be. If it states 0.0040, much like ideal icos and isars do I believe, then a reading of 0.0011 when running on max is absoloutely fine. I am not familiar with this boiler, does it state a co2 percentage or a co ppm count? If it does have either of those, aslong as they are all within the guidelines given it is fine.

0.0011 is fine but check the % to see if it tallys up to mi,s it should be around 8.7%

0.0011 is a good reading usually action level is 0.004 but check mi instructions because Worcester are 0.002 so always go with mi - readings getting worse would be 0.0008 then 0.0009 then 0.0010 then 0.0011 etc but check your %

So it's a compact A you have fitted and not a compact HE! Your readings are fine. 0.0011 is nearly 4 times lower than 0.004.

Not a boiler i am familiar with but i just looked up the manual

This is the readings you should be getting
2.11 Emissions Compact 29
CO2 @ maximum output (%) 9.0
CO2 @ minimum output (%) 9.5
CO @ maximum output (ppm) 160
CO @ minimum output (ppm) 35
NOx rating class 5 class 5

It doesn't state what the expected ratio should be but you can easily work it out.
160/90000 = 0.0018 (rounded) at max and 35/95000 = 0.0004 on min
