Hi all. Happy with the regulations for this but my question is, for a concrete screed, is it just a case of digging up what you need to both inside and out, fitting the service duct, running pipe in. Seal duct at both ends then relay concrete floor as required? What about the DPC?

Yup. I take it this is done like drains and just overlapping the damp proof coursing by a foot all round and taping it with the special tape does the trick?

Would never leave a hole in the DPC, just want to be sure I am doing everything right basically as this isn't a job I do very often.
