Hello, I am a not so proud owner of an ocean alpha 280e which powers 12 radiators (some double panel) and a power shower. Two towel rails have just had valves replaced and prior to their repair the boiler was providing plenty of hot water with no issues. Since the repairs we often have to run the downstairs tap for ages till we get hot water and frequently have no hot water for the power shower located at the front of the house. The house is a four bed semi. Do I need a more powerful boiler or just a good service?

thanks for looking

thanks for the reply, it was two issues, the diaphragm and pressure gauge. Both combined to prevent enough hot water to come through without the tap running flat out, a very common fault I'm told!!

Thanks again, Ian
