Hi guys.
I've got a fault on a Baxi boiler where the hot water doesnt get HOT. However it is intermittent problem. Resetting boiler seems to cure...

Water flow is ok when tap is running
Pre heat seems to work as well.

Fault lights... Hot water light flashing GREEN.
Also the 50 degree fan light is flashing RED
It seems to work fine when the CH is on.

Any Ideas guys?
Custard has sent me video of problem.

It would be aps if it done it on ch as when It modulates the fan would run slower and aps wouldent pick it up as it might have worn out. I would try hw thermistor you can test It with multimeter
