Hello All,

I wonder if you can help me?

I have intermittent hot water low flow from all taps in my 4 bedroom house upstairs and downstairs. I can sometimes recover the usual water pressure by turning the hot and cold water taps on and off which seems very strange to me. There is no problem with the flow of cold water. Boiler engineer has been out and said that there is no problem with the boiler. I've called the water provider who say there are no problems in the area. It's been happening for around 3 months. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

I have attached a video showing how it can sometimes be recovered.

If the boiler engineer disconnected the outlet pipe on boiler to prove thats ok first thing to do,
Could be a inline filter somewhere thats part blocked they do put then in boilers as well
or a stopcock or isolator not turned on fully.
