Former journalist, hotel manager, Euro Disney Opening Crew Member, Convention Manager, retired massage therapist etc... who collects broken equipment to try and fix it and donate to Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army or hides it from his wife in the shed. Moved to France to teach the kids French and learn about their Parisian grandmother's history and culture. Planned on staying in Europe two years and wound up going home in March because of Covid. Closing down our French rental in a small town called Croissy sur Seine, going on vacation and then moving back to DMV. How's that for a brief rundown? Thanks for the help and support. P.S. Wasn't allowed to do plumbing in house after a small disposal incident, until "She who must be Obeyed," wanted a new kitchen faucet. Knowing my limitations saves me from DIY disgrace.

Welcome :) That sounds really interesting! Where are you moving back to?
