Looks like a Twyford option/siamp to me. What toilet do you have? Or post photo of the flush valve.

Siamp, fitted one this week. Rather wouldn't have but that's what came with the crapper.

AS per Simon, looks like a Siamp Optima 50 as in link.
The chrome shroud is removable for flush fitting use.

Or looking into it further it may be a 49 as lower link

Might be stamped on the lid, but as I stated earlier and agreed by Simon and snowhead a Siamp.
