Isar HE 30 hot water problem

Hi my name is Dave, my Isar combi boiler and system is 7yrs old. Since day 1 it has given me no end of problems. I have recently flushed the system, circulated a cleaner for a week, reflushed, fitted a Magnaclean pro filter and put inhibitor into the system. The central heating circuit flow works fine but the hot water burner indicator light cuts out and the water runs cold. Error reading L9.I suspect it could be the plate heat exchanger but I'm unsure. Can anyone help?

You need to get a gas safe trained expert in who will diagnose it and save your hairline.
They arent the best boilers but
Do not open it and mess

Don't waste any money on repairs get a registered engineer to replace the boiler there are plenty on the market with long parts and labour warranty's .

Yep, please use a Gas Safe registered engineer for these works, you will not get assistance here unless qualified, thread closed
