its the plumber !!!!!

It was the plumber in the study with the blow torch !!!!
Well thats what it feels like somedays or today,had a call back on system i fitted couple months back so of i toddle to the job where upon arrival i am greeted with two rads upstairs dont work response from building supervisor.Upstairs i go try vent all fine ,trv's open check pin all good . Try lockshield and both are shut , now i know these were open as i checked myself and knew all rads hot plus builder before pass over checked rads and knew they were hot .
Told the cust that someone had shut them and she replied well it needs balancing and boiler commissioning as read it on the net , BRILLIANT HERE WE GO!!!
I then proceed to show her benchmark showing gas rates etc , told her that the baxi does a pre commission check prioir to fire up and then proceded to prove temp to each rad was relavent as well as getting analyser out and proving combustion was good .
still not satisfied she then points at a light saying what about that where is my bulb ? also i have a socket that you have wired wrong !!

builder must have loaded up the bile so much so she got really not happy about it ... have promised my self no work for builders again as when there is a middle person between me and the client there always is a issues ... hope you dont let it getting you

Its actually not the builder for once its the actual cust whom all the build work was done for . They have a so called specialist who is advising , as they say a little knowledge is dangerous

Dont you just love it when the specialist comes along, proberly works for B&Q or the local fish & chip shop, I know all about it I fitted a Garden tap !!

if you want proper mayhem get involed in a job with an architect an interior designer and a customer who is a feng shu addict every fecker had a reason for where each rad should go 8 rads took nearly all day to get the positions sorted
