I’ve finally been defeated. I am throwing in the towel.
Been through a lot of adversity in my life, but have always been able to use cunning, strength and whatever intelligence God gave me to smite my opponents or find a solution to the problem.
But now, I'm beat, done-in, had enough, and just feel like crying.

Yes you’ve guessed it, I’m trying to choose a new mattress for our bed. F.F.S.

What stage off life are you at ????
Will you be needing a waterproof one soon :)

Memory foam mattresses seem to be in fashion, but most folks I've talk to say they sweat like billyoh whenever they've had to sleep on one.
So, I am ruling memory foam out.

Why don't you go for a waterbed? Then give me a review because I'm tempted to get one.

Yes they do. My missus yapped on and on about how good they were so we bought a memory foam mattress topper. It's too hot by a mile.

I fidgit in bed , and find memory foam wears me out , like lying on a bed of quicksand !

( it's like buying shampoo / less problem now going bald - beds have firmness nos TOO much choice )

Wait I'll you get a vaillant Eco tec pro with a f75 fault then you'll be ready to jump off tower bridge

Just ordered this one:
[h=1]Silentnight Mirapocket Microquilt 1000 Luxury Pocket Mattress - Medium[/h]

I much prefer £100's. A truly comfortable sleep on a big pile of these :wink:

I leave that area for the wife to deal with.
Infact, she just had one delivered yesterday, bed and mattress £2,850. She wanted me to pay part of the bill, but I said NO. The one we had was bought by myself when I bought the house. If she wants it out, she should foot the bill
