Jaguar Boiler

The customer called saying the boiler wouldn't fire and its displaying F1 code. Went there and the lead for the ignition was loose or probably had a dry contact, any ways cleaned and re-connected and the boiler fires

The boiler works fine on the heating mode but on hot water its making aloud noise and its shuts down and then fires back again and its keep repeating. I am going back there again tomorrow.

Any help much appreciated. I wish to attach the video clip but for some reason I can't do it out here.
