A custard phoned me to ask to supply & fit a new shower pump for under £100.

I declined her gracious offer!!

Tell them to Foxtrot Oscar. Or tell them you will get back to them, then one night after a bit of a sesh you phone them at daft o clock in the morning and tell them after careful consideration you dont want to work for a muppet.
