When the customers got that much information ready and a schedule of works you know its going to be a headace
 
The custard will be looking over your shoulder & making comments throughout job.

tbh i wouldnt mind that as long as he pays the bill/ quote

The guy obviously has done his homework and knows what he wants and I suppose I'd do the same if it was my house, but it does scream nightmare but you never know he might be a nice guy. Good for him asking about the G3 as well.

Tbh I'd probably do a bit of research but he's gone over the top with his schedule of work

He might be costing himself more money then he needs to spend by being clever

Dont forget the oil, your own pan, oil thermometer and method statement.
 
I was thinking of teaming up on this with stevetheplumber but the bone-idle part-timer is buggering off on holiday. Again. :D
