i know some of you boys are on social housing work and wondered what you think of servicing at £20 each im thinking if they are all together its ok or does it not work like that?

Depends whom you work for from my experience ive covered about 120 miles for servicing works in the past

Just because their close together, you should still do all checks, cleaning, pressures, fga and gas rating.

Dont do a british gas :p lol

The guys I know who work for companys who look after social housing don't do services. They do CP12's on every property, so may be worth checking exactly what it is. They do seem to get jobs all close together though.

20 quid a pop seems the going rate everywhere. I work for jus over twenty quid a pop, but that's per appliance. When I did council contract work, I was on 24 quid a throw, but that was for all appliances in the property. After a while I figured out where all the singles where and for some strange reason all the doubles and trebles where always out :)
