I estimate a job regarding new boiler in garage and installing full heating with pipes chased in wall and 1 in concrete floor & 7 new radiators.

Did my estimate inc own drawings of pipe runs etc which took me a crazy 2hrs 30mins to create it all and double check that i got everything and everything right.

What price you guys recon?

Do you guys think this is expensive?

Because of the price ive told the customer full breakdown and where the money is going i.e £3k materials and so on..

Just be careful that you don't give too much info away. Makes it too easy for the cust to extract info and get others to price without having to do the donkey work.

Thanks for the advice simon. Got told off other members to go into plumbers arms and i can post this type of info however just waiting to get in lol
