How many of you guys still have plumbing jobs on your own house awaiting attention!

1. no basin in bathroom ( the lad smashed it 2 months ago)
2. vent over eaves still drunk.
3. hose from outside tap leaking.
4 soft closure seat on the Thomas Craper is still loose.

If the "er behind the door" paid me in "kind" i would get a lot more done..........😉

I would never think of leaving a customers house like that.......😱

im too lazy to change my ball valve in my F & E tank, i just go up from time to time and turn on the supply to top it up, also, my 3 port valve went last year, cant be bothered to drain down, so i use a gate valve to turn on the heating when needed.
time for some major renovations to this 40 yr old plumbing system, when i get round to it

Can't be bothered to change goosed ballcran for my cold storage.

It's the last thing on ur mind wen u get home lol

i changed my boiler about 4yrs ago, and i need to get the steps out to seal the flue on the outside

Broken hot water tap on WHB, 2years dodgy, still works if you squeeze it hard, but I tell her it'll get done when the bathrrom gets refurbished....soon.

Broken toilet seat as above.

Never the same motivation when your not getting paid, cash or in kind.

My ma wants her 25 year old heating system converted over to a combi which i am trying to put off as long as possible. The glow worm is a machine and never gone wrong. Good as excuse as any so far 😉
