The heating system in our fairly large house uses one of these actuators to control a 3 way valve controlling the feed to the radiators in the main part of the house ( there is a separate timer and valve for the bathrooms as well as for the hot water).
The actuator is now sticking and often needs the gears 'nudging' before it functions. I sprayed some WD40 on the gears and is now quiet when the heating is off, wheras before it was making a noise all the time unless the power was removed from the whole system ( there is a box full of relays etc which control the boiler and valves).
So two questions - is there anything else I can do do the actuator to get it working properly and secondly is a replacement available in the UK
Thanks

Sorry to but in to this thread but I am trying to post a new thread and I can't find the post a new thread/question link or button anywhere. Please help, what a difficult site for a new member to navigate.
Hope your control question gets answered soon. I am unable to answer it though. Sorry
