Johnson Starley boiler making Clanking noises..?

Hi all,
Merry Christmas, hoping for some advice...
I have a Johnson Starley Quantec 24s that provides hot water to a tank and heating via hot air to the house. These past few days I've noticed some really loud clanking noises. I managed to record a bit of it but it doesn't last long and the loudest clanks had already stopped.

The boiler is about 5 years old i believe.

Any help much appreciated.

Thank you for your input. Can I ask what makes you say the pump? And also would this be fixable?

The reason i ask is we had a new pump fitted just over 1 year ago.

You could test resistance of pump, but if be trying to pinpoint the noise.
