Tell me something please lads I have to price a job four rads small singles and a combi boiler (being fitted by gas safe dont worry) it is a 1 bed flat and not very big how much do u think i should charge

SHOPPING LIST:

rads x4 singles
valves
trvs
pipework
etc etc
the full monty from scratch
any ideas at all would be fabulous

dpend on which boiler really
based on a vaillant thats approx what 1200 for parts depends how much work you have on and how much the gas guy wants location of meter access to hot and cold ground floor or upper for flue
too many variables to quote without seeing
 
Agreed Newbie but to run 4 rads would it really need to cost 1200 for a boiler bruv let me know please m8 also
there is a boiler and flue already in place just wanted to put in some new pipe etc etc and have the boiler changed get it all lookin and running sweet as but just so u know i did put a quote in of 2500 but in hindsight i thought the rads would cost alot more just wanted to know materials wise how much ???
 
1200 was cost of parts incl boiler there are some silly quotes going around i lost out for
remove back boiler fit new 30cdi move a rad wireless stat and programmer and trvs as someone quoted 2100.00😱😱

i priced parts at 1400 min and that was a lot of work for 700.00 wages
 
You aint wrong there 700 in the real world it would be more like 1100 1200
