Kitchen tap suitable for "gravity fed systems only"

Presumably this can't mean tank cold too as it's a kitchen tap. Anyone come across a tap that says that before?

Perhaps the hot side is made in such a way that it would be an uncontrollable jet if put on mains hot from a combi?

Just seems like could be a good option if someone wants something stylish with gravity hot - unless I've misunderstood it
