How easy generally are monobloc mixer taps to strip and replace parts? Do most people just replace complete unit on say a unit that was about £50-£70 item rather than mess about.

Hit and miss

If its a known manufacturer then it can be simple to take the cartridge out and get a new one from manufacturer but if its a dirt cheap china improt from a shed then i would even waste my time trying to do anything but exchange the complete tap
