Hi all has anyone come across this cooker? I have never even heard of these.
I know I am new to it but never seen one of these, is it common for the thermometer to play up? the lady said to me on the phone that it is burning her food on a low setting.
I am wondering if I could take an item with me on the van to fix it there and then to save coming away and ordering apart.
So my question is if anyone knows what could be that fault here and what part it maybe then I could probably go and buy it before actually see the lady.
Thanks again guys all the help is appreciated it as always

got a contract with a letting agent with 30 odd lamonas, last one was a leak and told them new hob time.
they realised it was still in warranty and they have a good service dept. was there in 3 days. not worth messing with tbh
btw think therre cda cookers from same factory anyhow

Really? Im getting the gist not many people open up ovens nowadays... Mucky things anyway! Shes a lonely old lady, felt sorry for her!

Defo no point messing around with cookers/hobs these days. If they're out of warranty then by the time you've diagnosed, sourced the part, stripped the thing down and made a repair, plus labour they'd be better of new
