landlord certificate

hi guys, as you know i've only just become gsr and i've got to do my first landlord certificate...just want to know what is the going rate i should be charging for this??

i charge usaully £50,but if its got more than 3 gas applaince,i charge a further 15 per applaince after that,you could end up checking 3 gwh,2 gf ,cooker, multi point, so not worth doing for £50,always ask how many appliances,
