Shocked! No I am not see it all to often! I got threatening with the sack because it serviced it correctly!

A full written report! What would you put in it, and when would you do it?

Looks like they are doing it every year. Look out for the hidden cameras...

what happened to 'engineers judgement'?
30 mins full written report full complete service back and forth to meter...dont think so aint that quick!.
going to up my price from £50 to £100 then ;) btw, i fart more gas than put tube on!lol

Just read it that yesterday myself borrowed the magazine from my retired neighbour. What a load of dung

What exactly is a legal servicing requirement? Gas regs have absolutely nothing written about servicing boilers. Each manufacturer has their own specific instructions. Today I serviced Ideal Espirit, not a bad boiler despite it not being a Wrocester (shocking I know) you are not allowed to adjust the burner pressure in any way or the warranty will be void. Some boilers need burner seals changed some dont. Also the article suggest that "gas tubing" needs to be changed when the boiler is serviced. One of their "expert" engineers suggests changing sensors to have a trouble free boiler.

Nothing but a load of worcester and bg propaganda to the masses

Makes me chortle that most 'comprehensive gas service' round here is 50 quid.

So what is that for 50 quid?

The usual ******** about checking up on them dodgy tradesfolk. Do they have a which report on bent estate agents or dodgy dentists and lawyers ?
